I was working for a trucking company in ________, Illinois and the environment was a "Hostile", environment and I was told to load and unload trailers and yelled at constantly and the owner was trying to force me to violate department of motor vehicles, hours of services and I was yelled at to drive unlimited and break the laws; which is not allowed. The company would not repair their truck so i often had to spend my own money on their truck to repair it so that it was not illegal. The other problem is, that the owner is a Lawyer, and I didn't understand his contract, as it was typed up in his favor and I was suffering from economic duress, at time of working for him; and was already in Chicago at the time that he hired me and provided me the truck. Meaning, he didn't show me the contract until I was there at the Truck and Trailer. So, I had went to work for !@##$%^ Inc, and within the first day, the pressure started and that was after that I told him, that I am disabled, and could not do a few things, such as loading the shipment manually and physically. I told, him of injuries that I sustained in the past, and he acknowledged that. SDHBG KASS89, or whom is a Attorney, in Illinois, made these contracts that he often wanted me to sign out of nowhere, and at Times, I didn't even read them because they were so complicated to understand and that is what happened to me after the accident. I was parked in a truck stop, and I was crashed into a very fast speed, by a tanker truck and this driver that hit me was speeding in off the highway, and he had no understanding of how fast he was going when he hit me in a parked truck. I was told, that no one will hire me, and it was not even my fault, because I was parked. Because, of the fuel pumps were jammed up at the pilot truck stop in Rayville, LA. So, My company told me that I am not going to be hired by anyone else. And, that is also true to this day. I am suffering worse economic duress than I ever had in my life. These trucking companies have blacklisted me and No one will hire me as I am put on a website by these companies that have slandered, libeled, or defamed my character and assassinated my name because they know that I don't want to break laws for them, and they know that. I report them to the department of transportation also. Because, of the mental abuse that they cause me by yelling and using profanity against me when I am driving a truck over the road for them. At, _______ Inc, that is exactly what happened. The Managers, were constantly yelling profanity at me, when the broker demanded the shipment make it across the country to New England, or Up North, in record breaking times, knowing that we are only allowed to drive so much per day, and that we are often stuck at docks while the clock is running down, getting loaded or unloaded. The brokers, were calling me all night long, and often yelling and threatening me, about excessive fines. The hostile work environment, was unbearable, because I worked 2 months consecutively, and did not even have a day off. Not one day, and after that, as a result, of no time off, and a mental break down, - There was a road rage incident against me while I was in semi Truck leaving to go back on the road. I am going through very bad problems because of that, but have legal counsel for that. I am reaching out to the Department of Transportation, to make a complaint against this company for illegally operating a trucking company by breaking our federal dot laws. The trucks are not fit for the highway, without extensive repairs, and that included air leaks which often effected my breaking power. Meaning, that my brakes were never working properly, and I always had to tell my managers, and the owner of the company. I refused to drive, when the conditions, like the windshield wipers stopped working in pouring down rain. I didn't have the windshield wipers working for quite some time after that. I was wrongfully terminated after the accident, eventually, and now as a result, - I still can not get medical attention to properly address my conditions, that I am suffering with. The outcome, after the accident, was that this lawyer/truck company owner, - tried to force me to sign a new, "Independent Contractor", Lease Agreement, form and I believe that it was a docu sign, form online and I didn't understand it, because I normally had a power of attorney, and That was my mother and she passed away. So, to be honest with you, "I had to sign it", anyways, because I was in fear of being stranded in Chicago again, like by reload transport. That was then that I realized many weeks after that the paychecks that I worked so hard for, were always no money at all, and that I was in the negative. with this trucking company.

I was suffering with emotional anguish, when I kept on being forced to work harder and harder and my paychecks were nothing at all. That is when, this con man, Lawyer,- decided to milk me dry, financially, and terminate me for going through mental problems. Trust me, I kept on telling him that I needed to go to the Hospital, and He kept on telling me that we had to get the shipment delivered and kept telling me that he was going to close his business down and that no one will ever hire me again. I promise, That is exactly what happened and as a result, when I just apply for work, trucking companies are turning me down, and never give me a reason. But, I can not even work, because I am in severe pain. My attempts to get treatment at the local hospitals were treated with absolutely nothing in return for me going there. They literally do nothing for me in Wichita, Kansas, and ask me the question, "On a scale of 1-10, How do you rate your pain", and it is the same as I go into the Emergency Room, to begin with. This Company, _______ Inc,  took a huge escrow from me, and never returned it.  The trucking industry especially in Chicago, Illinois is common for doing this to drivers, and Other Trucking Companies, use that as a common illegal practice.
